E9 Grille earns a trip to 9571 Metcalf all on its own. Stone-fired pizza on house-stretched dough, Booth Creek Wagyu burgers, local beef from Hertzog Farms, 45 TVs, and a full bar. The kitchen is from scratch. The menu is the real deal.

Two outdoor bars—Halfway Hut and The Bunker—TV-loaded patios with views of both courses, rentable course-side cabanas, and a yard games area. Built for game days, patio weather, and outings that weren’t supposed to last that long.

The Greenhouse isn’t decoration—it’s the architecture. Desert Dunes plays inside it, glass overhead, year-round. Prairie Pines runs outside for the days when you want open sky. E9 Grille serves a from-scratch menu and a full bar alongside 45 TVs, Booth Creek Wagyu, and stone-fired pizza that people come back for even when they’re not golfing.
