The Pavilion is our premier semi-private event space, offering the perfect blend of indoor comfort and outdoor energy. Perfect for 50 to 150 guests, it's ideal for corporate gatherings, team outings, celebrations, networking events, and social get-togethers.
Located alongside the course, The Pavilion features patio seating, TVs throughout the space, dedicated event service, and direct access to the action. It's the perfect place to gather, celebrate, and stay connected to everything happening at Tap Ins.
Indoor Course
Buyout
Make the course your own. An Indoor Course Buyout gives your group exclusive access to Prairie Pines, our indoor 19-hole course, for a completely private and customizable experience.
Without the constraints of traditional tee times, guests can start on any hole, play at their own pace, and enjoy a more flexible event format. Perfect for corporate outings, client entertainment, networking events, team celebrations, holiday parties, and large social gatherings looking for something beyond the ordinary.
PuttView
Lounge
The PuttView Lounge is Tap Ins' only fully private event space and home to one of the most unique golf experiences in Kansas City.
At the center of the room is a private putting green powered by interactive technology that transforms every putt into a game. Compete with friends, challenge coworkers, sharpen your skills, or simply enjoy an experience unlike anything else in the region. Events FAQs
What is the minimum group size?
Platter packages require a minimum of 20 guests. Buffet packages require a minimum of 26 guests. Youth packages also require a minimum of 20 guests. Planning a party with fewer guests? Book here!
Are drink tickets refundable?
Drink tickets are non-refundable and must be used at the event.
Do prices include taxes and gratuity?
All pricing excludes taxes, fees, and gratuity.
Can I add a hosted bar?
Yes! Hosted bar packages are available and based on a 2-hour window. Consumption and individual tabs are also available upon request.
Are youth events available on weekends?
Yes, weekday and weekend options are available for youth packages. All youth guests must be accompanied by an adult 18+.
Can I extend my event beyond 2 hours?
3-hour events are available upon request.
Is the greenhouse air-conditioned?
Not in the traditional sense. The greenhouse is designed for year-round play and is protected from rain, snow, and wind, but temperatures naturally fluctuate with the seasons—just like an outdoor experience.
